After-Hours Emergency Support
After-Hours Emergency Support is available only for urgent situations. During off-shift hours Hirsch Identive will make reasonable efforts to respond by cell-phone, within two-hours of critical technical service calls. Urgent situations may include: business critical Hirsch Identive software or hardware component is inoperable, critical interface has failed, or cannot gain access to a facility. After-hours support will be provided in English. An appropriately skilled technical person from your site must be available to work with the Hirsch Identive technical services staff. Please utilize telephone (rather than email or web) for critical after-hours issues to ensure timely response.
